Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. is the poster child for the new party of BHO, emotional, factually challenged and wholly unqualified to represent anyone or anything. Now we’ve had folks elected to high office in the past who couldn’t find their way to the truth if their lives depended on it. However, this is something altogether different. This is a self-proclaimed socialist radical, both in her policy proposals and promotion of so-called “morally right” governing as opposed to first factually correct legislative appraisals and applications. Even worse, much like President Obama, she truly believes her own BS.

Unfortunately, we appear to be living through a “truth crisis” these days where the only things which matter are how loud the vocal minority can scream, how many times they can use the F-word and how much they simply hate the 45th President of the United States. Obviously, this irresponsible approach does absolutely nothing to advance good government but rather only diminishes Washington in the eyes of our nation, as well any other nation watching around the globe, “whether it wishes us well or ill”…

I would add that these types of electoral trends have consequences. A free republic remains free only so long as it’s people hold fast to that freedom, understand it and vote into representative office those who will promote and protect it. So what does it say when voters in the Bronx and Queens believe that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is that person?
